By downloading or using the ScanFlow application (the "Application"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

The Application is provided by Devyrolabs (the "Service Provider") free of charge and is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

1. App Usage & Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application or create derivative works without prior written permission.

All trademarks, copyrights, logos, databases, and intellectual property related to ScanFlow remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Offline Functionality & Data Responsibility

ScanFlow is built with a privacy-first approach. Documents, scans, PDFs, OCR results, and signatures are processed and stored locally on your device.

We do not provide cloud backup or synchronization services.

You are solely responsible for backing up your documents. The Service Provider is not responsible for data loss caused by device damage, theft, formatting, factory reset, accidental deletion, or uninstalling the Application.

3. Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.

We recommend that you do not root or jailbreak your device, as doing so may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and prevent ScanFlow from functioning correctly.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

While document processing works entirely offline, ScanFlow uses third-party services such as Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Some ad-supported functionality requires an internet connection. Certain features related to advertising may not function properly if your device is offline.

5. Updates & Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time.

Future versions may require newer Android versions. You are responsible for installing updates if you wish to continue using the latest features and improvements.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, all pricing and payment information will be clearly communicated before any purchase is required.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time without prior notice if necessary.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms end immediately, and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if requested.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes become effective immediately after being published on this page.

Continued use of the Application after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
